Hello just wanted to write to you to express our happiness at the way your company handled our re-mortgage back in December 2005.  We were always informed of the latest situation wither it be by telephone call, email or text message.  We were told that the whole remortgage would take between 6-8 weeks, it actually took 6 weeks of which 2 weeks Christmas shutdown with the solicitors was in the middle.

Our Mortgage Advisor was fantastic, extremely helpful, efficient and professional and always just a phone call away, even on his day off bless him, we feel like we have known him years.  Any problems any queries were dealt with straight away with a response back within the same day and on most occasions the same hour, thats great service.
